Biotab Nutraceuticals Inc. Fraudulent shipment practice and cc charges: no refund issued Monrovia California

Heard of Biotab's GREAT Sleeping trial offer through TV advertising and called a 800 # for this special of paying ONLY $.97 for trial of Alteril. Received 1st 7-day supply shipment that appeared to be a combination of supplements from any local CVS store. Besides, it didn't show any effectiveness.

Within first trial week suddenly received another full-month package. Contacted company right away, spoke to Chris and got the Cancellation#. Didn't help-within 10 days the second monthly shipment got to my place and the credit card has been charged for $36.9. Called them again, with extreme difficulties finally got a live person, explained my concern and was advised to send both packages back. Mail them right away back and expected to see credit on my cc - alas!

Tried to contact them via phone - finally, reached them again and heard their new "invention": they said that I took two pills from their packages. Fabrication - the packages were returned not opened. When I asked them why did they send me originally not ordered products they simply hang up on me.
Would appreciate any advice on how to deal with such crooks.
