I hit a google ad link one night to the infamous Hugh Downs' endorsed book from late night infomercials.  With all their hooplah, backed by sooo many doctors, more than there are in the whole natural health movement, with such great secrets, I had to have it...after all, it was selling here, with all the same bonuses from the Infomercial, and I am, after all, Heading up Wellness Industry Heaquarters dot com, so I should be able to use this, right?

Well, I didn't get the book for three months, but I was not charged the $31.96 price they said I'd be charged AFTER I had the book in my hands for 30 days.  Now, I get a bill that says I have received the book (I haven't), and I now owe the TWO installments of $31.96 each, or I can just pay the low price of $47.94, a common price reported here, but $15.98 more than I agreed to.

I wanted to contact Customer Service, so I google it, and get RipoffReport in the top two, so I come here first.  96 complaints, all the same problem, some worse, but all the same.  I go to the link one unhappy (to put it mildly) scammed person put up for comtact info, and there I find one of the main problems: The only contact info you get outside this website gives the wrong PO Box.  The site has PO Box 11401, the bill is 11014....all other Bottom Line info is in FL, save for one other in another state.

The reason I mention the wrong PO Box is the one complaint I read said the CS gal said "We get a lot of mail, and it can be easily lost" or something to that effect.  This is out and out fraud, the FTC should be notified, and moreover, is it not an FTC Rule ( I know it used to be a USPS Rule) that you don't have to pay for anything you did not order?  Anyone know anything on that?  Thanks guys.
