Same thing happened to me as did dskey63. ( same date 12/07) This company offered a free trial, it wasn't until I had given CC info for S/H, and logged out that I read on the confirmation email, they will automatically bill my CC for $61. in 15 days, and every 30 days thereafter. This product of course is caught up in xmas mail delivery. There was no option to decline. I simply wanted to try the product, and I have to say it's a good product. However.. I called my CC company to try to block the monthly charges and evidently they CAN still apply the charges even after the CC account is canceled. I called the 1-800 # on the confirmation email and told them that I do not want to receive this product every 30 days. At the suggestion of the CC company I asked for a confirmation # to verify my phone call. Our credit card companies keep a record that we've called them, so hopefully this has been solved.

I bought this product, wanted to see if it worked. I got the trial bottle, and then later got the full 30 day supply on time. I called because I had some health related concerns on the product. The rep told me that maybe the product wasn't right for me, offered me a refund, and even let me keep the bottle. This company is nothing except a honest small business.

I also saw the add about losing 20 lbs. in 3 days. I ordered the trial but did not plan on getting any more. I took the pills and they didn't help me lose weigh. I have tried calling them everyday and the line is always busy. They charged my credit card for $89.31 and my bank says I will have to go into the branch and file a claim. This is a pain in the rear. You can't call them because they have the phone off the hook. I do not feel that this is right, there should be a company that helps the little guy. I used to believe that the Better Business Bureau could help out with stuff like this, I was wrong. They have ripped off people and they don't care about it, they made their money.
