As the Vice President of West Coast Saunas I am able to tell you in response to your accusations that we in no way are "slick" with our customers we provide over 3,000 saunas a year to very satisfied customers. Many people  have been helped by our product.

The testimonials you see on our web site are true customers whose lives have genuinely been changed by our Infrared saunas. If anyone would like to contact us further to discuss these testimonials we would be happy to do so. There are also many of our continuously happy customers who would have no problem speaking on our behalf.

As for the "multiple websites" those belong to our distributors we have many distributors throughout the United States and three in Canada. They all have their own companies and websites selling our West Coast Saunas product.

Our location is real and perhaps your friend walked in simply to our showroom because anyone is invited to see our location at 2371 La Mirada Dr., Vista, CA 92081 and you will see that we have a 5,000sq ft. showroom and warehouse storing our saunas. Your facts are false. We ship our saunas directly from our warehouse via Fed Ex Freight. It depends what you mean by "mom and pop" shop, if you are referring to the fact that My husband Fred and I Brie started the company as husband and wife then I guess we would be "mom and pop" as for the size of our company I have already told you of our many distributors in the U.S. and Canada and the amount of saunas we ship every year.

We have been in business since 2000 and we have been a member of the BBB for 4years with not one complaint against our company. We strive to offer the best sauna at the best price possible as we are aware that it's a health product and we want people who truly need our product to be able to afford it.

You are invited to let us know your name and information if this is a true customer because I know for a fact that our service department has not received one complaint about a cracked wall. As well we have not had any returns with this problem. If this is a true statement you will have no problem contacting West Coast Saunas to attempt to resolve your aledged problems.

This is pitiful... you people cannot help but lie, steal, cheat and scam people to make a buck.

based on your track propensity to lie about your business and apparently steel clinical studies off the internet and claim them as your own i became more curious... while performing more research i discovered a lot of SEO against other companies that point back to you. it appears eastcoastsaunas.com, westcoastsaunas.com initiates a massive amount of negative crap about their competitors. i find this very interesting. any one can do the same. but i'm becoming more disgusted with this company by the minute.

you people should be ashamed. you cant tell people the truth - no one would buy from you. you even reply with a blatant lie on this ripoff report. you either think everyone is a bunch of idiots - or your a bunch of idiots. 

as far as your product... crap - they are correct. it does not heat up to even 115f. it does not make (anyone) sweat like you advertise. i've used other FIR saunas that out perform this 10-1.

bottom line - westcoastsaunas.com, eastcoastsaunas.com and rockymountainsaunas.com are all a couple years in business, they're lying scam artists - the owners willingly lie - right here in their bogus rebuttal.

 buy from anyone other than this unscrupulous group of car salesmen.
