Exposed Skin Care Exposed Skin Care Ripoff! Seattle Washington

I found these people on internet. I wish I didn't! But like everybody else suffering from acne, I was willing to try anything. So I ordered the product. It arrived withing a week.

I tried the product for 30 days and my acne got worse. But that's not what's my complain is about. They do not guarantee that it helps everyone, what they guarantee is money back within two weeks upon receipt of the kit. So I filled in the form as requested and sent the empty kit back to them. (God knows why you should send back empty bottles? If the product doesn't suite you, you should be able to fill in some form and get your money back!) It cost me already about £20 to send it back and forth!

It has been nearly 6 weeks since I posted it! I e-mailed them like million times asking why it takes so long. You know what they said? Their first excuse was the weather condition! Yes, the weather condition! I am sorry, do they process the refunds in the pouring rain or is their warehouse covered in snow?

So I waited another week or two. E-mail them again. This time they said it would take couple of weeks for international the delivery. As I have mentioned it's been 6 weeks! I have posted packages to US before it surely doesn't take 6 weeks to arrive. As proof, their kit arrived at my doorstep within 6 days.

Every time I e-mail them, they sent me their standard respond: "Once our warehouse have processed your request, we will refund you". This is clearly a rip-off! What's next? Are they gonna tell me that it got lost in the post?

I am going to file with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center.
