I have waited over 7 weeks for their product to arrive. I have e-mailed derek twice in the last two weeks and have had no response. It appears that the words "customer service" are foreign to them. Seems like false promises are made and then if your product doesn't arrive then it's bad luck. Wish I'd found this website before I ordered.

well guess what? after threatening e-mails i finally got a response from derek who promised to resend the order. but here we are six months down the track and still nothing. i have replied to their new "offers" stating what has previously not happened and nothing, zilch. i hope you guys who are trying to get a lawsuit together on this mob kick their backsides. if i was anywhere near new jersey i'd hunt them down and annoy the bludgers till their nose bled.

Funny...I have no problems with them.

I just ordered from them yesterday (4/18)...I'll let you all know when it arrives. Can't say they've been any problem.

Would have posted this sooner, but my PC crapped out on me for a couple days. My box arrived Thursday, 4/20 via UPS...no problems.
