Ab Twister

I purchased the Ab Twister from a TV infomericial about 2 months ago. In that time the machine's resistance bands have snapped twice, causing the machine to be out of commission for a month of the 2 months I have owned it. The resistance bands take 2 weeks to come in the mail, meanwhile my credit card is being charged every month to pay the puchase price of $175. When I call the reps have no knowledge of the product and do not go to any lengths to resolve the problems. The company that seems to sponser the product is GMedia at 5959 Triumph Street, Commerce CA 90040 and the customer service number is(if thats what you want to call it) (800)457-0825. I advise anyone not to purchase this product. It does not live up to the infomerials promises and it does not even work half the time.
