Graystone Bancor - Johanathan Kim - Dieogo Oriego is the sales contact that took my deposit check and the go to person for Johnathan Kim I applied for equipment lease and had to pay 1st and last month for deposit which was 3,679.00 dollars. Did not get approved and have not gotten my money. THey sent a bogus check Irvine, California

I trusted that this was a reliable company to get equiment lease financed. I sent 3,679.00 as a deposit and it took 3 weeks for them to tell me I was not approved. Dieogo Oregel was my sale assistant that promised me a refund asap. It has been over 45days and last week they sent me a check that bounced and my bank sent it thru twice. Johnathan Kim is the owner/ president left me voicemals and that the funds were good. Now I have gotten no answer. I have contacted the California BBB, AG, and police department. I will go thru every mean to get my money. Please do not do business with this company.
