Hi Derek! I want to let you know this: I placed my order on 11/01/2005. My credit card was billed on 11/01/2005 ($54.90), too. But I still didn't receive anything!
I wrote several emails to you (derek@herbalsmokeshops.com), to your company (sales@herbalsmokeshops.com) and I used the lost-order-form on your homepage (just as you always told us to do so). No reaction!

Derek, in my opinion you are a damned liar! Prove that black is white by refunding my money!

Good news: I got my money back

Good news: After many, many, many emails and telling them that I wrote a rip-off report about them, I got my money back. So everything is fine again for me, but I won't do any business with them again! Derek, I apologise for calling you a liar.
