I ordered some free skin care products online from IQ Derma Glow for my teenage son, who has acne.  After ordering the product, I found out I had to pay $9.99 for shipping and handling, which was a surprise, but I went ahead and ordered it anyway.  Now, 30 days later, this company charged me $89.95, using the card number I gave them for the $9.99 shipping and handling fee, saying that I had a 30-day window to cancel the product.  None of this was clear when ordering the "free" product in the first place.  I feel taken advantage of.  What a total rip-off!

Empathizing Response

This type of Rip Off  happened to me too many times until I got wise! Educated.
Contact customer service at your credit card or your bank to file a fraud dispute claim. You'll need to do some paperwork and include some particulars, but it will be well worth your time for a refund and/or credit.
I am not affiliated with nor do I have any connection to them, but it you want the best product for your teenager's acne problem, go with the company and products that are tested, tried and true. (((Redacted))).  Do business with a trusted company that has a good track record. In the future Check Better Business Bureau listings, And the Rip-Off report before making an online purchase. Learn and know 'the rules of the road' to make intelligent and learned choices. If you don't see anything in an online offer that declares that your credit card will be charged an ongoing or recurring charge DON'T make the transaction.
If you're ordering online or via direct mail, Always know you will be charged non-refundable shipping and handling fees. If the fees are more than $9.95 from and to U.S. addresses, don't bother. The excess is going into somebody's pocket. Not yours!

sorry, …allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company… your comments on this policy are welcome!
