When you go to the screen to place your order, if you notice, the box labled "I agree" has already been checkmarked for you (my isn't that helpful?) Most people breeze right through this without even reading what you have "agreed" to. Then the shock of your month when the charge for $89.00 comes through exactly 14 later. Remember you did not AGREE to join a membership club - they agreed for you.

Call your bank immediately and have your card disabled. You will have to fight the company to get your $89.00 back and the overdraft fees you have racked up with your bank if it applies. In my case, even while I was trying to figure out what was happing with my account, my bank automatically slapped me with five $35.00 overdraft fees. I will fight this too.

Remember, let the buyer beware. There are a lot of unscrupulous people out there.

This right here is self explanitory. 'When you go to the screen to place your order, if you notice, the box labled 'I agree' has already been checkmarked for you (my isn't that helpful?) Most people breeze right through this without even reading what you have 'agreed' to.' Read what you agreed to and this wouldn't ahve happened. No rip off here just lack of personal responsability.
