Kinoki Detox Do not honor their claims of cancel anytime/100% satisfaction guarantee Lakewood New Jersey

I ordered the kinoki detox pads and paid thier $27.95 on November 5, 2007. I did not like the pads and tried to call the customer service number. I got a voice mail recording asking me to leave my name and number and that I will get a call back. I never did get a call back.

Then, on December 30, 2007, they charged my card an additional $12.95 and I got more pads. I tried to call again, same results. I reported it to my credit card and they refunded my money. Once gain, on January 23, 207, they charged my card the $12.95 and I received more pads. I cannot get a response from the company and they continue to charge my credit card without my authorization.
