Lifekey Healthcare charged credit card and shipped product without authorization Cincinnati Ohio

I responded to a radio ad for the Enzyte product marketed by LifeKey Healthcare. I gave a credit card for the charge of $4.50 for shipping of a free sample of the product. I did not receive any further information until approximately 2 months later a charge for $69.95 was placed on my credit card account.

I had not received any further product or any indication that more would be shipped. I disputed the charge with the credit card bank and called LifeKey to inform them that the charge had been disputed and that I did not want any more product. About 2 weeks later I received a package with what I assume was the product. I returned the unopened package throught the post office with the words refused on it.

Today I received a letter from the credit card bank informing me that Lifekey had provided additional information and they had again charged my account for $69.95.

In the disputed information Lifekey sent to the card bank it was obvious that they are involved in a scam by the copy of the script they use.

They also lied in the information saying they had not received the returned product which was returned after they had been instructd not to send it. In their information they state " When the customer places their order they have access to in depth information both verbally and in writing concerning the Managed Care Direct/Establish Customer program"

I did not receive any written information with the sample product nor any follow up information. The information provided by the order taker from the radio commercial stated specifically that a follow up would occur after I received the product to inquire if I wanted to continue with the program.

Based on the script sent to the credit card company it should be obvious that a scam is involved. I am surprised that the credit card company is complacent in this activity and in the
rapid return of the charge without first verifying with me. I have sent the information requested to them and will expect that the charge will be overturned.
