I was a memeber with Melaleuca for nearly a year but with the recession I was unable to afford them, so I called up the company and asked them to cancel my membership. First they said I needed to fax them? I did this and they did not cancel my membership they still send me their items and took money out of my acct? I called again and now they said I had to mail them a letter requesting that I tell them in writing that I want to stop my membership, I did this, again I get another package of things I did not order? and money taken out of my acct, I sent the packages back and had to to pay shipping and handling, I got an email saying that my $103.00 was processed and deposited back to my Melalueca acct? I don't have an acct with them? they took the money out of my chkg acct. They are seedy crooks they are like pushing drug dealers they will not return my money? I have made a report with the U.S. Postal dept for mail fraud

No Problem with Faxing in Cancellation

I have been a Melaleuca customer for two years because I LOVE saving money and getting quality products! Melaleuca's preferred customer membership allows you to save 30-40% and get wholesale prices! I had to cancel my membership about a year ago for two months and had NO trouble faxing in my letter and receiving a confirmation right away! I did rejoin as soon as I was able to because they are manufacturer you can trust. They received the 2008 Blue Torch award from the BBB for honesty and integrity. This says a lot about their customer service. Consumers out there, beware of bogus reports on here. Always check www.bbbonline.org for a true report and grade of a company.
