My Trial Support - Easy Body Cleanse Unauthorized Charge to Account for $78.84 Product Not Requested nor Delivered Internet

I ordered a trial offer of a cleansing product that was highlighted on the Oprah show along with the Acaiberry tablets. I authorized the S&H charge for the trial but found that I was charged $78.84 plus $0.63 (for "international fees") and never recieved the product that I of course did not buy in the first place.

Thankfully my credit card was automatically canceled by the cc company after they saw unrelated suspicious charges. I know I can't be stolen from again by these folks but I want my money back.

I have called their number several times and they give you the run around: automated voice telling you "all operators are busy" then an automated voice tells you to call back in several hours. I got a live person twice and each time I painstakenly (they don't understand American accents???) provided my email & telephone # to be told that a supervisor (I guess only supervisors work the lines) would call within an hour. Of course they did not.

This is another "Pasport to Fun" nightmare!!
