Natural High Supplement Warehouse ripoffed me off of my product charged me and won't return calls or e-mails West Allis Wisconsin

Ordered from Natural High Supplement Warehouse on feb. 17 2002, did not receive the order but did get confrimation that is was to be sent UPS ground. when I did receive the order I contacted the company by there E-mail address. Then I waited, still no order then more e-mail and phone call more auto-respoce e-mails from them saying nothing.
On the phone call all you get is a recording and a promise just like there e-mails and recieved absolutly no recponces. Then they billed me for product on my credit card and still no response or product.
Now it has been 7 weeks and I just made another phone call and another recording and I have had enough I found this site and thought well I'll give this a try.
We shall see if this helps.

Robin,
Don't waste another minute. Contact your credit card company and file a fraud complaint. Tell them a telemarketing company has charged your credit card without authorization or providing a product.
Request that the full dollar amount be charged back to the card immediately.
You do not need the permission of the company that failed to provide the product advertised. If the consumers need that type of authorization we'd all be sunk and the cons would win always.

Natural High was embezzled earlier last year. There are two binders of police reports on the former employee's and their accomplices. They have just been charged last week and have been ordered to pay back over $350,000 in restitution. We had to lay off all the employees because the damage was so severe, it almost bankrupted the company. They were looking to take over the business. Financial damage done was external and internal.
To make matters worse, many "law abiding" customers took advantage of our situation and disputed credit card charges wrongfully and the BBB lied when it said there was no way to contact us. They were given my direct cell phone number. Guess it pays to be a member of the BBB, which I was not.
