After receiving 2 right foot Phase 4 innersoles, I called and requested a left one. I was told that it would ship out right away. The original order was on Dec. 13, 2001. It is now exactly 3 months later, 2 calls, and 3 e-mails and still no left innersole. After reading the other reports , I've decided to cancel my debit card so they don't continue to charge me. Where are all the law officials we pay taxes to. This kind of stuff should not happen.
