They took money out of my checking account. and i had returned the product, because i felt like it wasn't working for me. I called them, and they couldn't resolve the problem. the lady said, oh well, its too bad, you shouldn't have sent the product back without telling us. im very upset over this. they were not honest, it was supposed to be a trial membership. nowhere on their site do they say how to return the product.

I went to the web site "trysensa" and it did indeed have a return information right below the billing info; towards the bottom of the page. I have always been suspicious of these trial offers because some companies are creeps. I finally got a return of funds from "Focus" weightlifting trial offer. It took a while but the bank convinced them to return my money. They do not mean "trial offer" the way it would be defined in natural American English. They use some legal definition of it---to screw people.

Sorry you got ripped. I do not think I will be using the product. Thanks for reporting it. But again, always do a thorough job reading their websites and return policies. Be especially wary of their TV ads.
