SYLMARK, ABSLIDE .. co. president Mark Bess responds "millions of orders, weren't ready to handle that many orders"

I Spoke to the president of Sylmark and he said he wuld take care of my problems getting an abslide I ordered....I will let all know if it helps after I received it. He told me they were a small company that was flooded with millions of orders and weren't ready to handle that many orders. He said they are working hard to fix problems....I will let you know whether mine is fixed or not when I receive mine!

Try writing him and letting him know your problem also...maybe you'll feel a little better also after he responds.
