I ordered a sample from TruGenix. I called them to order the Hoodi sample where you only pay for shipping and can cancel before so many days and you will owe nothing. When I hadn't recieved my sample I cancelled. I did en up getting the sample but not only that I got a charge of 28.97 on my credit card from e-fitness. I had never even heard of e-fitness until it appeared on my card. They said they sent me an e-mail about e-fitness the next day after I called them for the "free" sample of Hoodia. I tried to get a refund but they would not do it. I did not authrozie e-fitness and was not even told about it when I called. When I called to cancel they told me that I would not be charged for anything other than the shipping cost. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was. They were very rude.

YOu are not going to believe this. I filed a report with the BBB and they told me that the company said I should have read the terms and conditions and I replied that it was hard to do that when all of it took place over the phone and that I was never told about E-fitness. Anyway, I got an envelope from them yesterday and was afraid to open it b/c we had disputed the item with the credit card company but much to my surprise it was a check from the company. They said that after reviewing my complaint with the BBB they decided to refund me my money. Wow!! We called the credit card company and cancelled out dispute.
