I have purchased a vacation package from Peabody Vacations and it is great. Jeffrey handled the verification of the sale and did a professional job. People who write negative comments about him and his company should be admonished for doing such. I welcome responses to this! Before I purchased a $498 package, I checked out the company with the State of Florida to make sure that his Seller of Travel was legitimate. And, not only was it, but it is blemish free. I cannot wait to travel!      

I bought a vacation package over the phone from Peabody. Should have known better. After contacting the hotel they said would be on the itinerary and finding they had never heard of Peabody I then immediately called back to Peabody at the number they provided. It was a non-working #. Then I called the # listed on my debit card transaction and got Jeffrey Hirschkorn (id'd himself as "Hirsch" over the phone). He assured me he would process a refund that day and it would be in my account two days later. That was 11/18/09. I have called repeatedly and received assurances the funds would be redeposited in my account. It is now 12/02/2009 and I have been absolutely assured my money would be returned no later than 9AM tomorrow. I am not holding my breath but will pleased to write a followup IF I am refunded. I will leave no stone unturned to prevent others from being scammed if I do not receive my refund as promised. $498 is a lot of money to lose.

To answer the critics, Jeffrey Hirschkorn is not a convicted felon. Various attempts to attack his character is just amazing. Everyone is entitled to pursue an American Dream. I stronlgy urge you to review his company's web site and licensing, because Peabody Vacations LLC is more than a destination site. It actually brings families together for a joyous holiday.

For those who try and smear him, shame on you.  Use your time more wisely and do something constructive.

Just received a phone call from someone claiming to be David Robbins from Peabody Vacations. Was passed onto someone I thought they called themselves Chris, they could have said Hirch I suppose, they did say it was their company. The Line was bad, I'm in the UK.

It smelled like a scam, they hung up as soon as they realised I wasn't giving out my card details.

No legitimate company anywhere in the world would expect a prospective customer to give up their credit card info on a cold call.

I thought they were just piggy back riding on a Legit website. How can this site still be running if it's not legit?

Anyone who defends Jeffrey Hirschkorn is clueless. Jeffrey was finally arrested on January the 15th for using a customer credit card to pay to have his car fixed at a loacl Goodyear Store Flroida. He was charged with Grand Theft, Identity Theft anc fraudulent use of a credit card. This man also wrote me 2 worthless checks for over $10,000. He has lied to me dozens of times and he lies for fun. I have met this man and I have seen where he works and lives, I have sat in his office as employees called the police becasue they hadn't been paid. Jeff has paid 2 bills of mine and I was told by the person he paid that a STOLEN CREDIT CARD was used. Also, Jeffrey Hirschkorn was arrested on Decemner the 15th on an outstanding warrant for passing a worthless check in Orange County Florida. Under no circumtances should you trust this man  or anyone who works or is asscouated with Peobody Vacations or Divine Vacations. If you have paid Peobody Vacations for a vacation and have not traveled yet, call the fullfillment company immediately and calls to the better business bureau will do no good. Call your bank IMMEDIATELY as they will NEVER , EVER credit you the money back.

I have e-mails from someone who says they are Jeffrey Hirschkorns grandfather.

The name is George Cooper, the same person who claims they bought a package from Peabody vacations and he said he checked this company out.

I have e-mailed George Cooper and he has e-mailed me and he identified Jeffrey as his Grandson. He even offered to pay me for the worthless checks that Jeffrey Hirschkorn paid to me so there is absolutely a connection to the name George Cooper and Jeffrey Hirschkorn and Peabody Reseach and Peabody Vacations.

It appears that a few people defending Jeffrey Hirschkorn and Peabody Vacations  have  ID TRAVELER 19. Isn't that interesting....

 

 

When will he learn that his baseless attempts to disparage all others who refuse to do business with him are going no where but the courtroom.

Perhaps, he should take up a game of cards to occupy his time. He has a better chance in winning a hand than collecting money that he is not owed. Proof is in the pudding!

The owner was arrested for identity theft and the proof is in the chanel 6 news report. He lies to everyone and then blames others, never admitting guilt.

Fight back, file charges, call the police, call anyone who will listen.

Matt and Edger are just as guilty as Jeffrey is, hopefully they get charged too.

first of all, pbody has a case against them.

for IDENTITY THEFT. now people, im not very good at writing so dont give me, "how would you know, wheres the proof. and by the way you spell bad." there is proof... call the REAL DIVINE VACATIONS! the will give you the case number and have you call the sherriffs deparment. and also, PBODY... is ruining the REAL divine vacations score with the BBB. and the BBB cant and wont do anything about it. ask them yourself.

its sad. they use the same logo as the real divine, alot of the clients have the reals divines actual number. and i did myself.. they gave me the case number i called BBB. im trying to get my money back from PBODY. i was stupid. but i did infact ask about the real divine. and i decided to put the sale of my unit, in there hands. and SO FAR... its been going well. i rarely have to call them. they call me, and its nice. but we shall see how it pans out in the end.

SERIOUSLY PEOPLE, do not TRUST pbody!! if you do not trust me, ATLEAST call the real divine vacations first to get a case number to know myself and divine is really telling the truth. im so sick and tired of seeing me and you people get hurt. and angry at that.

How does a dead man buy a vacation package from his grandson years after his death?

How is George Cooper making posts if he is no longer alive concerning his wonderful vacation experience?

George Cooper never bought a package from Jeffrey and he never made any posts in here either.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn is responsible for making the George Cooper Posts and Jeffrey Hirschkorn is also the same person who sends e-mails out pretending to be George Cooper.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn is the person who had cards issued in George Coopers name and used George Coopers cards to make illegal purchases.

I have read in Rip Offs that George Cooper sent and received  e-mails.

It is impossible for a DEAD man to send and receive e-mails, buy vacation packages, and have active credit cards listed in his name. A Dead man can not make posts on rip off reports, it is IMPOSSIBLE.

Dead people do not have computers and dead people can not use the internet.

Dead people do not shop, travel, eat or pay bills.

Dead people only stay dead.

So Jeffrey Hirschkorn has no problem stealing the identity of his DEAD GRANDPA, how shameful is that?

I have heard Jeffrey say he was George Cooper on the phone many times, along with many other names.

Where I come from, you don't disrespect the dead, and Jeffrey Hirschkorn has crossed a line that none of us are willing to cross.

I read in one post that Jeffrey has written worthless checks on his dead mother Iris bank account, how shameful!  The check was posted on-line in a rip off report with her name on it. I was also told that George Cooper has a paypal account, how can a dead man have a paypal account? He can not.

I've been told that the Orlando Sentinel was being delivered daily to a DEAD Iris Hirschkorn at Jeffrey's home for the past 8 months even though she died long before Jeffrey moved into the house on Northwestern Avenue.

What a SCUM BAG!.

I've also been told that Jeffrey had his Bright House cable turned on under the name of a Jacob Goldstein, a supposed lawyer who defended Jeffrey Hirschkorn in Rip Off Posts. 

Jeffrey Hirschkorn has tried to impersonate many people in Rip Off Reports including lawyers, travelers, landlords and Grandpas.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn is a heartless man who should rot in hell for all of his thievery.

I have worked with employees who Jeffrey refused to pay and they have lost their homes and cars because of this reckless man and Jeffrey could care less.

One more thing, Matt McKinley told me to my face that he decides who gets paid and who doesn't, while Matt McKinley, I hope you rot in hell right alongside Jeffrey Hirschkorn and enjoy your stay in the BIG HOUSE as well.

I called the state attorney's office in Talahassee and they told me that this investigation involves 7 different enforcement agencies some at the federal level so the end must be near for Jeffrey and his crooked partners.

It is unfortunate that Jeffrey Hirschkorn was not born 100 years ago and from the middle east, as they would have surely cut off his hands for stealing, and probably would have stoned him to death. This is exactly what Jeffrey Hirschkorn deserves.

Talking about getting STONED TO DEATH< Matt and Edgar's daily routine was leaving the office and getting STONED, how ironic?

Anyone who thinks Jeffrey Hirschkorn and his partners are getting away with this is a fool, mark my words Jeffrey Hirschkorn will be a very old man by the time he gets out of prison.

It seems as though Jeffrey needs to decide to Plea with the deal at hand , I am suprised of the offer they are giving him , 2 / 8 w/restitution of about 24,000 and thats for all the felonys together ( unbeleivable ) but true , ( pretty decent of the state ) so actually in terms of jail time Jeffrey may end up being in jail for only 16 months (if that long) , after time served( if any ) deducted from his stay, and any good time that he may have accumulated during as well , 

This does not include any charges in orange county though , those would be seperate , Its good to know that the bounty hunter , no bull , eddie poirier , angry churchlady , bob ross , and a few more victims are still watching and offering info include me in as well as a few more I am aware of.

I did notice that there will be a hearing on oct. 20 /2010 for these matters , I also heard that the court may also be a little to busy to accomodate this as quickly as they are claiming , so maybe a delay is in the cards , But it still wont be for long , unless Jeffrey Decides he doesent want this offer .

( I dont know if anyone remembers him ) But the Buzz is Jeff may reconcider , due to to the restitution repayment , he may think everyone is gone , and try to fight it or something ( ? )  I also noticed that the very 1st post in this thread is from a vacationer named George cooper , LOL , Dead grandfather , lawyer , and He is the first dead guy that ever lost a judgement suit ,

just remembering the lies make me laugh !   He also signed a receipt posted in a past post here on ripoff , Hes dead a long time , (Jeffrey is heartless) and cannot be rehabilitated its a waist of time and money for the state , we all know this why doesent the state of Florida.

Along with the plea , if taken will come the probation of 8 yrs , and all sort of classes he will need to agree to take , ( most of which he has already taken from his conviction in NY in 2001 ,2003 through 2007

If any one is yet left still holding charges , or claims against Jeffrey , now would be the time to file them.

His father has an injuction / permanent against him now ( he cannot go home to papa, also jeffrey has no Drivers License and his office I saw was towed away , so he cannot drive - but as we all know that never stopped him before , He used william moores lic # in the past , And good ole jacob goldstein , ( Retired Fire cheif from Queens NY ) to pay his utility , bills,  elect , brite house , ATT etc .

As it stands I will give the actual details when the exact are offered me ! but as of today SA, M Raurk has contacted me, and all charges have already been settled ( 32 felonys ) all thats left are . my worthless check charges to go to a restitution review hearing , which I plan to attend , in Nov.

The sheriff site has that already but has not updated that on the web page , but from the past info and its not been confirmed but the word from sources say that it ended up 4 yrs / 11 probation / restitution and self help classes from this point in seminole county......... thats that ,

Now orange county already has him down for some community service and restitution and there are some other charges which may come to light as some warrents were outstanding that the police were not aware of , or even new that jeffrey was encarcerated , Sounds funny but true , so who knows what the Orange will squirt at Jeff ....

Now as for the rest , I will be filing charges for everything I have , and hope it really adds worth , for the loss I have endured over the course of time and money I have invested in this whole matter from inception...

In terms of finance it has taken an amount in the area in excess of $40,000 , all included , and in terms of time its been almost obsessive from when I first conceived a scam 2/20/10 ( still counting days and months ) as I said I will not Let go ! and will never forget !!!! If and when he gets out I will know and his probation will be followed to the letter !!!!! COUNT ON IT !!!!!

and in terms of other loss  of family time for the many occasions lost for all the unecessary trips and to Fl. and promisses I have had to break due to this guys flagrent frauds and lies etc . that I can never recover.

to Add , the unforseen stresses onto the so many unspeakable prevocations inflicted on me and my family , and some maynot understand what I mean but there are Many many many , many other victims who do understand what I am speaking of .
