I feel like a thorough idiot. My experiences are similar to all the ones i have read on rip-off. My concern is that 'the company' did not even have my correct name - so how was it possible for them to get this transaction authorised? Is there anything, at all, that can be done? Surely there is some law that protects us from these thieving con-artists?
