I also purchased a dog from Julie Soutullo and the puppy died within 14 days of parvo. I called Julie, sent her bills, never got anything from her. I took her to court she did not show. I started a website... stopdixiepups.com and have gotten hundreds of emails from people who the SAME THING happened to. These people are bad people!
I saw Julie herself replied to another post on here about not getting bills form someone and thats why she never reimburst them, its all a lie. She even told me at one point that was in the hospital, and then her husband was in the hospital, and then HER HUSBAND DIED, its all just a LIE.
The day after she told me her husband died he was "mysteriously" writting me emails about how he was going to sue me for the website I created. I wish he would sue me I would love to see them in court. BOTTOM LINE: THESE PEOPLE ARE BAD PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!! They adversite in the sunsentinal and miami herald, they have adds coutinuously that says " bargain with hearts around it" I have also recently heard that she has been selling dogs on puppyfinder.net ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS BUYER BEWARE!

i never told this person ashley my husband died my husband is alive an and wel i do owe a bill but i have not worked in 1 year i had surgery and it did not go well i have a law suit with the dctor i said i can pay her $50.00 a month but shr never got back to me. dixie pups is closed is was not mine it was a friend of my husband, get the story right. i do not have an add that says bargain with hearts around it

It's always something with "Julie" I am not even sure if that is the name she goes by today...and for the record my name is not Ashley. She never told me she would pay 50$ a month, she actually is threatening to sue me for my website. I seriously WISH she would take me to court! JULIE GET YOUR WEBSITE STRAIGHT!

We too have been a victim this past month of Julie and her lies. she went as far as to have AKC on the phone swearing her pups All 16 of them were registered, however on a recorded conversation she consistantly lies.
Our company has thouroughly investigated her and her husband Armando financial backgrounds and have spoke to the goverment agencies who can help. We would like anyone who is a victim to contact us so we may file a class action suit against her. We already have investigators from Department of AGriculture, FBI and local sherrifs departments building a case for the state attorney' office. If enough people come forward she will have multiple victims wanting restitution and the state should issue arrest warrants! Call us toll Free it is free!! I FOUND OUT THERE ARE SEVERAL MORE KENNEL CLUB NOT ONLY THESE TWO. ANYWAY AMERICAN KENNEL THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE NOT REGISTAR ANOTHER PUPPY SINCE THAT, I HAVE THE NAME AND THE DATE WHEN I SPOKE TO THIS WOMAN BECAUSE IT WAS A WOMAN I SPOKE TO AND SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Please check out the wrong puppy to begin to find out more of the laws these importers now have to follow and what you can do. Several have quit importing completely, and some others are just not following the rules, does she ever since they were passed? Also, since it is mentioned here, AKC does not appear to be too happy with them if they are not upholding the code and ethics (suspenions).
