I'm not really sure why I'm even taking the time to respond to this ridiculous post other than to include what the "poster" chose to "favorly" omit.  The correspondances being posted here are directly involving Ural Hill Sled Dogs www.uralhillsleddogs.com

A puppy buyer of Ural Hill Sled Dogs, Russell Cox, "friended" us on Facebook. We offered him some very polite and accurate advise about taping the ears of his new puppy as Ural Hill Sled Dogs are known for breeding floppy ear Malamutes.  He emailed us numerous times, asking numerous questions about ear taping.  We assisted him with information about ear taping if they did not go up on their own.  He was very thankful and polite.  I ended our conversation after responding to alot of his emails and questions with the following statement, "You'll love him either way". (meaning if his pups ears went up or not).

Never one time did I ever try to stop him from completeing his "transaction" with Ural Hill Sled Dogs.

Suddenly I receive a vicious email from Ural Hill Sled Dogs attacking me that I have "interferred" with their breeding program.  Their puppy buyer Russell Cox sought us out, we did not seek him out.

These malicious attacks against us began after Russel Cox and Ural Hill Sled Dogs completed their transaction.  Why he has chosen to attack us suddenly can only be assumed so I cannot even offer an explaination.  I'm as clueless as the next guy I guess.

Anyone who knows me or my family knows that we take proper breeding and ethics very seriously.  We are the first to lend assistance to anyone in need and always refer people to breeders we know are reputable and ethical in their breeding practices, when we do not have puppies available.  We have even referred puppy buyers to other breeders when we had
puppies available.  We have never made a referral to Ural Hill Sled Dogs nor have we ever "publicly" critisized their breeding practices or ethics until now when they have chosen to make this the platform for response.

We have also advised breeders about prospective puppy buyers that did not have the best of intentions.  Our reasoning....not to stop a transaction but for the best interest of the puppy involved.  We have 2-3 litters of puppies a year if that.  We have no need to "compete".  Our goal is and always has been what is in the best interest and health of a puppy.  Whether it's a dishonest breeder or a dishonest puppy buyer.  We speak the truth.

Our dogs speak for themselves, our references speak tons, and the above posting should speak tons too!

What people do not seem to realize is that puppy buyers love their puppies and dogs even if the ears are not up as they should be.  However, from a purely cosmetic stand point some people like to do what they can for a pup's ears when they know the potential exists in the line for them not to stand.

I feel sorry for Ural Hill Sled Dogs and Russell Cox that they have chosen to attack us when the obvious problem exists purely on their end and their own insecurity of their breeding program.

I have however seen a complaint posted by a puppy buyer against Ural Hill Sled Dogs here on Rip Off Report.  While I completely disagree with the posters "chosen remedy" of her problem with Ural Hill Sled Dogs I can say it's not the first time I have heard the same story.  I do know background information on four of their dogs that I will not reveal publicaly for the sake of integrity unless they wish to continue attacking us (as it is VERY serious).  Other people simply just haven't posted their own horror stories.  Experiences are different for everyone.  Some people love their experience from Ural Hill Sled Dogs, others, not so much.

Where ever you choose to add a new wonderful furry family member from...do your homework and research.  We can recommend some wonderful breeders.  No Ural Hill Sled Dogs would not be one of them.
