I don't know what emals are but, if the puppy cannot return phone calls, that is normal, if it could, I would buy her.

I love my yorkie. He's Great. My yorkie is exactly that. He is a Yorkie. Not a toy, not a tea-cup, a yorkie. Have I mentioned he weighs four lbs. People really need to educate themselves on this size thing. A poodles papers will say toy, miniature or standard. A yorkies, a chihuahua's , a malteses ect. will not. (at least not with any actual registry)Do your papers say tea-cup? What registry has a standard or definition of tea-cup? There are a few breeders that give size guarantees, but the pups cost WAY more than 1900, and they usually can't be an ounce overwight to qualify for that part of their guarantee. They also are usually ethical enough to have some notice somewhere that there is no such thing as tea-cup, and all the special care and added likely health problems due to the size of the pet. If you have anything in writing that difinitively guarantees the adult size in good health, take em' to court. Otherwise, I sincerely hope that the pet you took a lifetime of resposibility for isn't "only worth $800 max" to you. My 'kids' - PRICELESS. And folks, I have been offered ALOT of money for my dogs, but no dollar amount could ever replace them.
If I bred tiny dogs, I'd say they were exactly that. Be wary of sellers who use that word to enthusistically, or don't explain it properly. It's a gimmick.
