Donna Gough www.vanitygrovefarm.com first contacted me about purchasing 2 puppies in June' 09. She asked for a multiple purchase discount, which I gave her. I checked out her references after I questioned her about her plans and well being of the girls. Everything seemed fine, until I got the deposit from Donna Gough. She became very hard to work with, abusive and even rude.

I told her on more then one occassion that I did not want to go thru the sale with her.Donna Gough threaten me, so I went against everything I have learned over the years and agreed to sell her the puppies. Donna Gough asked me on more then one  occassions to meet her in Atlanta or have my sister transport the puppies to NC. Donna Gough did not want to drive that far. It wasn't until a later conversation that Donna Gough divulged that the one puppy was for her and the other was for her friend.

I decided to have Donna Gough meet me at the Vets office since she had caused so many problems.I wanted the puppies checked before they left for Va. When she meet me that morming 7/29/09 at 8AM she accused me of bringing her the wrong puppy. Donna Gough had printed off a picture from my website which is copywritten ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, and brough it with her. Donna Gough finally decided it was indeed the puppy she had put the deposit on.When we went inside Donna Gough was VERY RUDE to everyone. The Veterinarian did a complete examination of the 2 puppies, one weighted 7.2 lbs and the other was 7.4 lbs  hardly light weights for 8 weeks. Donna Gough's puppy had a parasite which they can get from eating feces which some puppies do, and can be also be caused  by STRESS. Donna Gough started screaming and carrying on . The Vet told her that the South has parasites that you do not see up North. As long as she kept her on the medication she should be fine. I offered Donna Gough back a complete refund and handed the money back to her, in front of 4 witnesses. Donna Gough went crazy screaming and acting totally irrational. Donna Gough agreed to take the 2 puppies AS IS, I paid for the Vets visit and the medication for the 2 puppies.

Donna Gough was acting soooo irrational I asked the Vet's wife to call the POLICE. When the Vets wife picked up the phone to call the POLICE, Donna Gough grabed the 2 puppies and ran out to her truck and took off. As Donna Gough went out the door she looked over her should and said"you will never heard from me again" Well all this started 2 weeks ago on (((Redacted))) and it was removed as Donna GOUGH was lying as she is here. My Lawyer issued her a CEASE AND DESIST on 8/19/09 .

Donna Gough has VIOLATED the CEASE AND DESIST ORDER and is doing everything she can to make me look like the guilty party here. Let me assure you I AM NOT! I have been doing this for 15 years and usually once or twice a year you will find a potential customer who is  unsure of the situation being transacted, in this case however DONNA GOUGH wanted the puppies under her OWN terms,verses mine. I went to great lengths to accomodate Donna Gough.

Donna Gough has a contract on her site www.vanitygrovefarm.com that is very similar to my contract, so I really don't know what the problem is??? The other puppy went to Diane Mayers, who is VERY happy with her puppy, and the others in that litter went to a MD DOCTOR, a VETERINARIAN and a LAWYER., and I have retained one.  So what is DONNA GOUGHT problem, she like to complain. Donna Gough is a Deceatful. Angry person  who tries to cause other people problems, even after I offered her money back. Donna Gough has changed her complaint 3 times now so it appears up on google.

 My response is ONLY as a rebutal to provide the actual facts of what happen between myself and DONNA GOUGH. I would like to introduce myself, I am a country girl raised on a farm.  In my lifetime I have had many animals to love and care for.  I have rescued and nursed back from health cats and dogs that have been seriously injured and or in poor health. 

I take great pride in my family and the values that I was raised with and the respect that I have for others and I treat my animals with the same love in my heart.  I have a miniature horse farm and each and every horse here gets the personal attention and care that each deserves as I see each one as a Blessing.  I tend to them several times a day and meet all their personal needs.  I have been doing this for 12 years. 

I purchased a male Miniature Aussie "Stetson" three years ago to help me out on the farm with my horses.  I very quickly fell in love with him and his personality and made the decision to find him a mate.  I found "Star" living in Texas.  I flew into Dallas and met with her owner  and knew as soon as I saw her she was the one. 

Last year Star gave birth to a litter of 7 beautiful pups.  I did not retain any of the pups, but I sure wanted to.  Each pup was so full of themselves, how much fun it was to see each one develope and take on their own personality.  I carefully placed  all seven pups with their new families and have received letters from ALL the new owners and a week doesnt go by that I dont receive an update or photo of one of my pups.  I have not had not one complaint, nor has any of my pups ever been ill with anything. 

I enjoyed having my litter so much, that I made the decision to find another female to add to our home and family.  That is how I found my new puppy "Stella".  After having given ALBON for two weeks to combat her diagnosed Coccidia, and after having quarantined my puppy for a month , she has still not developed normally.  She has health issues that we are trying to get on top of.  "Stella" is a sweet puppy, and is very smart but simply has not developed normally.  We are doing all we can to insure she becomes a Healthy Dog.

Donna Gough you should be ashamed of yourself after what you  have done , now hiding behind  GOD !!!!! The puppy was examined by a VET and you were given the opportunity to return it for a full refund, which you did not. IF the dog is that bad why do you still have it??? YOU NEED PROFESSIONAL HELP
