I placed an order on 12/31/2008 @ 10:00am EST. According to their website, all orders placed by 2:00pm will be filled and sent the same day. I needed to contact them to obtain a ship date and other information. Upon trying to contact the company via telephone on several different occassions, I only am able to leave a message on an answering machine and no one ever calls back. I also attempted to contact them via their email address and all of them have bounced back as undeliverable.
