Hinojosa's Cross Trainers/Leo Hinojosa Sold me a sick dog with a health guarntee Lansing Michigan

I paid 900.00 for a puppy almost two years ago for Hinojosa's Cross Trainers/Leo Hinojosa. The pup was to be healthy (a written guarntee came with the pup) and have the temperament I reguested for the job the dog was to do.

Well I got a pup with Irritable Bowel Disease, a 1000.00 vet bill and a pup with a fearful personality. Any change in routine, diet or stress level sends my dog into bouts of diarrhea and wieght loss. She must be on a special diet at all times. It took months of trial and error to find a diet that would be easy on her digestive system, and stablize her ability to gain and maintain a healthy wieght.

This pup was suppose to be a new demonstration dog for my training buisness. I had high hopes for this pup but due to her disease and fearful personality its difficult for her to perform her duties of which she was purchased.

I was in contact with Leo thru the pups medical tests and her final diagnois. I sent Leo copies of the medical report at which time I was told I could have a replacement pup or a refund for the price I paid but that he would first have to sell a pup from the next litter in order to pay me or replace the pup. I requested a refund in order to assit with the vet bills. I agreed to wait for him to sell a pup from another littere and haven't heard from Leo since.

After several unsuccessful attempts to contact Leo by phone and email he seems to have disappeared. His website has been taken down and emails bounced back to me.
