 This woman is a scam artist, plays on other peoples emotions, is a liar and will do anything to get her way.

She contacted me to purchase 2 puppies from me, told me she was on a fixed income and was broke, I gave her a GREAT deal and then the horns came out.  She started demanding I do things HER way, she wantd me to ship these poor puppies in a van for 12 hours crated, for $500 (and expected ME to pay that) She was a complete pain in the butt to make happy.

I find out AFTER I ship that she has been purchasing dogs left and right and has admitted to having 50 or more dogs (this is in writing from her) and many different breeds,  this screams puppymill. I would NEVER sell to a puppymill (knowingly)and I am sure this is what she is, no way one person can have that many dogs and give them the attention they need/deserve. I understand they are crated for much of the 24 hour period.  Please beware of her and don't sell to this woman your puppy will not get the attention it deserves and will be lonely.  I have asked her to return the puppies for a full refund and she refuses, she has since been bad mouthing me and I have decided I will not give her the akc papers to register her puppies.  She can breed these pups to ANY of those other breeds she has and call them shihtzus, they are my lines that could be ruined and I am not willing to let that happen.  Please, please beware of her.

Small in-Home breeder,inspected,well referenced.

Since 1964 I have been raising dogs to and from,very small scale,in my home.

By no accounts can this be called a puppymill.

Been USDA inspected and AKC inspected and inspected by the local sheriff,
all with good reports.
I have a small air conditioned kennel building with radio playing,and all dogs take turns to live in my house.I have lots of happy customers that I can refer to.

I ordered 2 dogs from Darci after specific males,(Memphis and Stitch)and after she had put them on the plane here she said she didnt send the AKC papers with them...
I asked WHY?

And then she told me she didnt KNOW who the fathers to those puppies were!

As an in-home breeder I had bought them as being fully AKC registered,
as a future breeder pair.

I paid $2400 for them,(I have the receipts,yes) 
that is more than I have EVER paid for any dogs.

I am retired,single,and have the smallest possible income.

But I inherited a sum of money after my mother passed away,
and that money came in AFTER I had made the deal with Darci.I knew it was incoming,so I decided to order the dogs.
I can prove this too.

After DNA testing the father to the dogs proved to be a THIRD male,
she called him Toby.Another breeder still held the AKC papers on him.
I have fulfilled my part of the deal,waiting to get the AKC registrations,
AS PROMISED at the time the deal was made.


My inheritance was invested in new breeding dogs,since I am trying to improve the breeds I love,keeping within  AKC standards.

I have 2 breeding pairs each of Chinese Crested,Yorkie and Toy Poodle,
but ShihTzu is,and has been, my main breed.
I have 4 adult female ShihTzu breeders today,2 of them retiring.

How anybody can call that a puppymill is beyond me...

The deal was that I get full AKC rights on these 2 puppies.
They live inside the house with me,and are well loved.

As I can see it,I have paid full agreed upon sum,
but she could not comply because she DID NOT KNOW who the fathers were,
that is why she is lashing out at me this way.

I am sorry you had to read her accusations.Please contact me for references,
I am on FaceBook.Many of my happy previous customers are also there.I will be more than happy to let you contact them for references!

I am wondering why you beleive you are not a puppymill owning 50 dogs or more, with mixed breeds, how do you feed them on a "fixed" income, how do they all get the loving attention they deserve on a daily basis? you say they take turns in your home, well lets see, if you put 5 dogs in your home say for a week, then they get to come in every 10 weeks?  they have a radio to keep them company? does it talk to them? cuddle with them? scratch their necks and rub their tummys too?  EVEN if you had one other person working for you (which since you live on a "fixed " income I am sure you can't afford one) do they stay out theere with them all day?  How many hours in a day does it take to clean up after so many dogs and water them and feed them? AKC can pass you yes, but they don't keep up with how your dogs are treated/loved.

admittedly you have 50 dogs, and NEVER EVER would I send you 2 dogs knowing this.  yes, the dogs have a different sire (all knew up front about the sires) and had I known this is the sire, you would of been charged ALOT more money, you got a deal, I would take them back in a heartbeat, but you know you got a great deal and STILL want to complain, who cares if this is the most you have paid, lucky for you you got them at the price you did.  Others were not so lucky.  I was chastised by Dee on selling them to you for the price I did.  I am telling you again, you are not getting akc papers on these dogs, these are great lines and I will NOT take a chance on you ruining them by your mixed  breeds. Had you not lied to me about your income and given me your sob stories and posted on rippoff report and facebook we might be in a different position, but we are not.  The only thing I will do is give you a full refund for the dogs and take the dogs back.

Misunderstanding?

There must be a misunderstanding on Darci's part.

My dogs are well taken care of and well loved.
I am retired,and all I do is care for my dogs.
Time to stop this nonsense.

I have already stated how many breeders I own,VERY FEW,
 and also that some are retiring.

Although the pups I bought are of a different sire than the ones I ordered from,
and that she advertised as being their sire,I love them.
They have a home here.

All my sires are DNA tested,
and and there is never a question of who sires who.

46+ years of raising dogs with happy customers speaks for itself.

This is getting ridiculous.
All she needs to do is to fulfill the agreement 
and send me the AKC papers with full rights,that I have already paid in full for.

As a customer,
one expects the services paid for, to be delivered.
The customer comes first in my book.

Wow Kitty, if you call having 35 plus dogs "just a few" then what do you consider 50?

I have seen emails where you admit to having more then 35, would you like me to post them?  Guess what else I have come across?  Oh I have alot of info on you Kitty and it is not pleasant to say the least.  It will be published when the time is right.  Everyone should know what kind of a person you are and that you lie with every breath you take.

I will never ever give you akc papers.
