Mules And Moore, Jack Moore scammed, lied, sold dangerous horses, abused horses Greer South Carolina

I too had nearly the exact same experience with Mules and Moore as the lady in Iowa. I spoke to Jack Moore several times and told him that I needed something for a complete beginner carriage driver as I wanted to start a carriage business and did not have much driving experience. He told me both the horses that I picked out would ride and drive and were perfectly safe for a beginner, and told me all that stuff about a guarantee as well. He told me that most carriage drivers in cities were just minimum wage employees with no horse experience and that those people were capable of driving these horses even with no horse experience.

I bought two horses from him, neither were even close to safe on a carriage. One of them was an aggressive horse who tried several times to buck me off. The other was scared to death of EVERYTHING! I sold the mean one to a trainer and decided to keep the other and work with his issues. This horse put me in a compromising situation more than once. He would do the same thing as they lady from Iowas horse and while in harness try to turn around and run! You cant do that to a horse carriage unless you want it to tip over. I was also told this horse worked in NYC, which is impossible since he is scared to death of everything.

After about a year of working with the horse more on the ground than anything, I decided to sell him to a good home where he could go on an occasional drive not in traffic and was sure to inform the lady that he would not be a suitable carriage service horse. Mules and Moore has a terrible reputation which I quickly learned about after this experience. Please stay away from them!
