I sure hopes this helps someone else. I was lucky because I happened to see the Ripoff Report before I sent them any money. I was looking for a bird and responded to a lady that said she had two African greys. She said that she was moving to CA to help people with HIV and was looking for a good home for them.

I was never able to get a phone number or call everything was done online. I got an email: Attention Attention Birds flight pending notification mail treat this as a matter of urgency from

pet_relocators@usa.com   In trying to locate the Pet moving company, I came across a similar sitiuation on the Ripoff Report about a lady that wanted a cat. As I continued reading the kittens were named the same as I was told my birds were named Melly and Brown.
