When I fist stated doing most of research I started witht he internet as most people do, and rustic has a very attractive, professional presentation with there website. I was very excited about a litter that Aragon was going to have with a fawn female named Legend. I really never got to talk to her personally it was all communication via email and I was very close to putting my deposit on a 2nd pick male. And she was enthusiastic about me I filled out the application and she said I would have a great summer showing off my boy. Still never talking to me not even over the phone but I tried several times to communicate with her. I assumed she was very busy, but I was still enthusiastic. The day I was going to wire the deposit I noticed a price change on her website it was now 500.00 more for the level pup I wanted.
When I tried to call her I received no response needless to say I didn't get my pup from her "Thank God".
I ended up getting a pup from Angela Mcdonald from Renasaince Kennels and he is truly beautiful and I couldn't ask more from a breeder. She has been there for every phone call, every question And if she couldn't answer a question she would refer me to another breeder who could.
This I think is a way to conduct business as a breeder and lover of the animals that you raise and ultimately have to part with. I understand that breeders must get alot of phone calls from people fantasy shopping without buying and it might get a little old. But as a prospective parent that cares I am going to have questions and I need to talk to people to get their perspecyive in person. Emails can be all to misleading and read not the way they were typed and visa versa.
While I am here I would like to thank those who have answered my question during my research period and growing up period with my boy.
Angle Mcdonald, Anthony Carfagna, Don Carney , Mitch Keating , Greg Webber and Byron and Betty Osing. These people have been a tremendous help to me before and after I found my boy Benny.
My five cents
Anthony
