Steve Kruse ripoff West Point Iowa

I bought a bull mastiff from a pet store in Jacksonville, FL and noticed on the papers that Jordan Kruse was the breeder. I cannot locate Jordan but can locate Steve at the address given to me by the pet store. I have been blown away by the things I have read about this breeder.

My bull mastiff is 16 weeks old. I have had her a month, and the vet told me today that she should weigh 45 pounds. Lexi only weighs 20. The vet said she was also short for her age. I have both pet stores (one being in Hollywood, FL) that Lexi has been at trying to contact Mr. Kruse to find out some information about the parents of her. (medical history, weight, etc) We need to know this so we will be able to understand why she is under weight or even further investigate her problem. Has anyone else bought a bull mastiff bred by him that has any information they can give me?
