I did not heed the warnings, The Front end office staff is the rudest, most incompetent human beings on the face of the planet.

I have never in my life been so angry at the way I was treated at this place. It is all about my sick dog and these people hung up the phone on me, did not put the Dr. on the phone, and could care less about the welfare of your pet or your business.

I do not understand why Dr. Ceballos does not hire a staff that will help his business instead of destroying his business one customer at a time.

I have never in all my years been so angry as to the way I have been treated at this clinic. JUST STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Find another place to care for your pet until Dr. Ceballos gets what is going on at his business and makes a public announcement to apologize to all the customers that are treated badly by his office staff. It is criminal to treat people the way they do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what is the full story? 

Your subject says price gouging, then you say sick dog and "could care less about the welfare of your pet or your business"

Let me guess, you wanted to bring your dog in without an appointment when you could take a break from your business, but didn't want to pay the emergency visit fee?

The price gouging I am referinmg to is the costs of medications for my pet:
Sunridge Animal Hospital charges 1.25 for  







1 x Cephalexin Capsules - 500 mg -





the cost is .29 at for the same pill at Pet Nutrition Products with free shipping.
Sunridge Animal Hospital charges 1.00 for







1 x Temeril-P Tablets - 25 mg





the cost is .48 at for the same pill at Pet Nutrition Products with free shipping.

The comment "could care less about your business" refers to the manager at Sunridge Animal Hospital not caring about my business means, she has caused me to take my business with Sunridge Animal Hospital elsewhere. This means I have to find a new Veterinarian and go through the whole diagnosis and test again eslewhere.

The manager at Sunridge Animal Hospital has been the cause of numerous complaints.
This manager at Sunridge is not fit to be in a customer service related business.
We all care so much about our pets and will pay a Veterinarian so much money to help us care for our pets when they fall ill.
Should I expect to have a telephone slammed in my ear by the manager at Sunridge Animal Hospital when requesting assistance to have my prescription renewed in a timely manner with Petmed 800 or Pet Nutrition Products Inc. Should I expect being told by the manager at Sunridge Animal Hospital in Henderson, NV. in the front office to take my business elsewhere because I want to order my pets prescriptions form another source to save hundreds of dollars?

I asked to speak to my pets Dr. I was told he was out doing a house call at The Las Vegas Zoo. I called the Zoo to speak to him and I was told by the medical office, we have no need for any doctor doing a house call at the Zoo today. The Zoo told me she could not understand why Sunridge Animal Hospital would tell you this.


I look forward to speaking to Dr. Cebbios. He is a nice man that is having his business ruined by an uneduacted derelict with no customer service experience pushing his clients away one person and one pet at a time.
