Frank McLaughlins made threats after losing in court on August 26, 2011

As I tried to explain to him, I had not put up anything on scam.com, he wouldn't listen.  Apparently this scam.com is a feeder off of Rip-Off.  I had never heard of it and looked it up after court and found it to be the same wording I used on this site.

When I turned around to leave the courtroom Frank stated  "THIS ISN'T OVER YET.  YOU ARE GOING TO GET YOURS. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND".  His witness was sitting next to him when he made this comment.

As I don't know what he meant, and I only know the negative experience I have had trying to settle out of court for FOUR years, I am going to file a police report on Monday.

Incredibly he made claims I called him a thief and other such nonsense to the judge!

I have offered to remove or retract any UNTRUTHS since Frank McLaughlin and Robin McLaughlin have stated I have slandered them (false spoken comments) and libeled them (written false comments).  I am waiting to hear from them exactly what these comments are.  I have also notified their attorney of this offer.  They did lose their countersuit for libel/slander, or rather it was denied in court.

I will update this report when I receive the settlement from Frank and Robin McLaughlin, McLaughlin Lofts, McLofts
