Hello,

I have a few concerns about the insurance I bought about a year ago. I have not used it up until now, when I need to go to the doctor. Lisa Turveri came to my house last May and gave a pretty good speech about the insurance she was selling. It was good, I bought it.

I have tried to email her, call her and I have had no luck. I pay $49 a month, which is not very expensive, hence the reason I chose that one.

My biggest concern is I have no insurance card. How the hell am I supposed to use my insurance if I have no card? So I keep trying to get a hold of her and nothing.

We talked several before she came here and explained everything, now that I actually have a very important question she has fallen off the earth and can't answer. I'm beyond annoyed.

I feel I've been tricked into something that does not exist, and I Pissed off. I finally find an insurance I think sounds great, and now I'm being screwed.

So please help me figure out what I'm able to do.

Here is my advice as an ex-agent of NASE/MEGA Health and Life Insurance Company:

Cancel your NASE benefits and cancel your insurance through this company. It is worthless and full of loop holes and caps for medical services not found in a traditional Blue Cross Policy.

As an ex-agent of these companies from many years ago, I was one of the first people to file a complaint against the company and post my concerns on the ripoff.com Website about their business practices, etiquette, etc.

I can't believe they are still in business after the many hefty fines these companies have had to pay out to state insurance commissioners and regulators.
