I was tying to buy a 12 week old puppy on line for $160.00 for delivery only to be sent from California to Chicago. the next day i was informed that the puppy need to be crate and vaccines for $600.00.  I refused to pay the seller paid $570.00 i paid $100.00 and $32.00 extra to feed the puppy. When the puppy was shipped it was stopped by  VIP control in Utah saying $750.00 need to be paid the owner asked me to pay $100.00. The puppy was now to be shipped the next day i waited for the puppy the seller informed me that the puppy had died from stress.since we had insurance i would get a refund for $3790.00 to be split with the seller she would get $2000.00 and i would get the balance. the agent sent me a western union wire requesting that i pay $600.00 to activate the refund I refused. I have notified  western union, Internet fraud complaint,kijiji ads complaints and the ASPCA.  I was taken for $421.00. I know i wont get it back but these people;e need to be caught
