Sunshine Furniture Never sold this Woman , Kathy Skibniewski  @ 2355 Cleveland Blvd. Lorain Ohio 440-653-1110 , any coffee machine or Cappacino machine , I sell used furniture ,Good used furniture ,And I will stand behind everything I sell 100%  She did purchase furniture and decorative items , for her Internet gaming room which she had 2 of them , she told  us how her landlord would not fix her Air conditioner , so she stopped paying rent said she was suing him . She opened up another one on Oberlin Rd. Gold Dust Internet , well her Gold ... Turned into dust because she lost everything .There was also a problem with the City of Lorain  opening up her Sweepstake Internet  Gaming Room , She was mistaking us selling her the equipment , it was a gentleman that drove for us ,he  had sold her this equipment . She was going after everyone for every penny she could get , to recover her losses , this is a very troubled lady and we feel sorry for her .

Karen, you know I bought the Coffee Machine and Cappacino Machine from you. Refer to sales slip #666810. These are the items listed that I purchased from Sunshine Resale Store: 3 plants, another plant, a desk, file cabinet, Coffee Machine, Cappacino Machine, 4 Bar Stools, freezer and a cart tray. The total was $1,425.00 and I had already paid $200.00. You are right the person that delivered everything to my Internet Cafe, did sell me these items, Nelson Burkhardt was driving the truck. I did pay him for this delivery.  Dan wooddrift, brought the two items in your store when I returned them. My employees were at the internet cafe when Nelson delivered these items. How many rebuttals would you like to see to prove that you are not telling the truth other then mine. 

Now, your other information in your rebuttal is incorrect. I did not sue anyone. Nelson is the one that told me to take him to court to get my money from him. The Consumer Protection Section, at the Attorney Generals Office, said to warn others about business like yours. I did as my lawyer said and put the rent in his office account until the air conditioner was fixed, but the rent was always in this account at the first of the month. It is untrue that I did not pay the rent. I also did as my lawyer said and moved the internet cafe to a different location to prove intent to stay opened. I am still renting the building, and we will reopen in February. So do not feel sorry for me. I am just fine. I taught for 31 years in one of the best school districts in the country. I get 3 pensions and get more money than you make in a year without working. I have my Masters plus 80 hours. I had a great husband that is still taking care of me through his wonderful pension. You have Nelson, he cheats a widow by not repaying her for returned items that were no good. I feel sorry for you! Kathy Skibniewski
