Thos. Cornell Galleries, LTD I purchased items from one of their auctions and when I went to pick them up they were not there. They told me later that they didn't realize that they sold. They would not give me a full refund Patchogue, New York

I purchased items at one of their auctions.  When I went to pick them up they were not there.  They later told me that they did not realize that the items were sold and that they no longer had them.  Rosemarie told me that she would research to try to find out where the items were and that she would call me a few days later as she was going away.  She never called me.  I called her 9/28/09 and she informed me that they would only give me a partial refund and that I should have picked my items up earlier.  They never contacted me to let me know that my items needed to be picked up.

Pick Up?

If I am reading this right you bought items through an Auction.  Then even though no one contacted you saying that they needed to be picked up, you went to pick them up.

So how long was it between the time you purchased them through the Auction and went to pick them up?
