Peter Sidlow emailed us an invoice with a higher hammer amount than the actual auction ended for. He has had this problem many times previously. Check this business with yelp.com. Then they ship me the vending machine after one of his employees steals parts out of it from the display portion. When I contact Peter regarding this, he says send it back for a refund. After shipping it back, Peter explains that he has the missing stolen parts and they will not be refunding me for the machine. I explain to him that I don't waste shipping money by sending this vending machine around the country and I expect him to honor our agreement. He states: File a paypal suit against my company to get your money if you like, we have fought many battles with paypal. Well paypal should can Peter Sidlow scammers account after too many battles with potential customers.

A customer of ours has filed a report on this site which is untrue. He purchased an item at our auction through an internet bid and was the winner. The internet company told us his winning bid was $500 and he was invoiced for that amount. This was a mistake since his bid was $475 so we corrected the billing immediately and we were paid.
The item he purchased is a razor blade vending machine that dispenses packets of razor blades for 10 cents. There are 4 little windows that display samples of what is being purchased. When the customer received the machine, he claimed that we removed or switched one of the sample packets. We dispute this fact and he sent the machine back to us. There are no missing parts to the machine.
We obtained another sample exactly like the one the customer claimed was missing and have placed it in the machine and will return the item to the customer.
Contrary to what this customer stated, we have never had a problem such as this in the past. We or any of our employees would not steal a $15.00 packet of razor blades and we did not even charge the customer for the shipping. He will get exactly what he bid on at the auction at no additional cost.
