Back in November my stove electrial caught fire and I had to replace it quick. I have a sick husband and two kids at home and a stove is essential to everyday life. I called around to several places to find a stove asap. Rent-a-center said it would take two weeks. So I called Aarons, since I have dealt with them in the past in another state. When I spoke to the salesman Justin he said he can have me a stove in 5 days that there was one in another city about 15 miles. I agreed. I did most of the paperwork over the phone with the salesman and was told to come in and sign the paperwork and that was it. I was there for 1 1/2 hours while I had to fill out a whole new application form and wait for a trainee who stayed on her knees to put it in the computer with peck,peck,peck. I then spoke to the manager and he told me that the stove had to be transferred to his store before the transaction was complete. I asked if I can pick it up and he said that it was not possible as they had to plug it in for me at my house. Well I needed to get to work and could not wait any longer. He told me to come back the next morning and then it will all be complete. NOT ! The stove was never transferred and I was furious at this point as I had to wait again. I did not, they said they will call me when it has been transferred and they will deliver it. Well I get a call back again stating that it was transferred and I will be able to have it delivered on Monday by 6:00pm.. Guess what? No Stove... I called the store back and spoke to the GM who told me ... Sorry I PROMISE I will have it picked up at the other locatioins and delivered to you by 2:00 the next day.. Again,,, NO STOVE. I finally had enough and called the store that have the stove and asked if I can come in and fill out all the paperwork and pick up the stove that day, now it is wednesday.. Guess what happened then? I got a yes.. I went to the other AArons that actually services my area filled out the paperwork, they verified my information I pulled my truck around back and loaded my stove all in 30 minutes.
The AArons in Murray needs to find better work ethics with there clients, because with out us.. Who are they? I will never do business with that store again. If the other AArons did not help or could not help me then I would never do business with them again. But the Provo office was very professional and nice. Thanks to them I continue to do business with them. I just don't like the lies and run around to keep my business that is not acceptable.
