Alliance Home Warranty SCAM ARTISTS!!! stay way! Internet

First of all very rude customer service who don't speak English then get pissed at you because you cant understand. second Extremely unprofessional contractor sent to my home to evaluate my furnace (D&D Mechanical, Murray ,Utah) I was told by D&D there would be some uncovered charges  installing my new furnace so i said ok. turns out my furnace thats under warranty is going to cost me about a thousand dollars to install. so i ask the  contractor for a breakdown of the charges and i get a bill that says (uncovered charges and install) thats it! and what a hack job. F! alliance and MOTHER F! D&D. i will never renew my warranty with these people or call them again for anything.
