Yes, we made the mistake of leasing from Azuma. We got the first washer and dryer in July. They were really old and dented. The dryer wasn't drying very well and the washer shook so much it kept ending up in the hall.

We called Azuma to fix them. They said they would do an exchange. Two weeks later they showed up with another set that wasn't in much better shape. While the delivery person was moveing them he scratch the wall all the way down the hall. We had some financial problems and the payments got behind.We made parcial payment every month. We called for them to come get the w/d but they sent a bill for $970.57 to us instead.

I called the only person you can contact (Lori) and asked her to schedule a pick-up and send the balance to us to pay. Lori said We had to pay the whole balance of $270.57 owed before they could pick-up. I explained my husband had been in Florida for two months working with a desaster relief team since the storms and we were just getting back on our feet. Lori asked me to pay the balance again. I told her I couldn't until I spoke to my husband about it. She said "when you get it together call back"

than she hung up on me. I called her back and told her to just schedule the pick-up. She said she wouldn't until we payed the balance and hung up on me again. I called the # back and asked for a supervisor. The operator sent me to an answering maching. I waited a while and then I got a call on my other line. Guess Who, Lori. She said they would pick the set up on the 26 and someone needed to be here or she would report the set stolen. Lori also said we would be charged the balance of 970.57 anyway. What we owed on our bill and what they wanted for the old washer and dryer. I told Lori we were'nt paying for them after they were picked-up. She said she would be sending a report to our creditors for the whole 970.57. I simply told Lori we would be going to court if she did. She hung up on me again. Lori is the only person you can complaine to with this company, and she's the one causeing a lot of there problems.

Bad company, Bad people. I wonder if the owner knows how she treats the customers. OR is she the owner, scary
