Best Buy and Whirlpool a united fraud Las Vegas Nevada

We bought two appliances from Best Buy the cabrio washer and dryer only to get them home and have the washer break down numerous times. With the two appliances we bought a 5 year warranty from Best Buy. We have had to have numerous warranty services over the past two years finally culminating with the dryer catching on fire and causing extensive damage to my house. Service techs keep telling us that you must have at least 3 replacement repair visits before they replace the machine but that is not what the warranty states.

I have called numerous times and cried to whom ever I can get on the phone trying to get some or fairness from a human being and to no avail. I do not have another 2,000.00 plus dollars to pay. Every time its broke I have to pay to go to the laundry mat I'm constantly paying. U would think by buying an American product you would be treated fairly and an American company would work with the consumer or replace a faulty appliance. Is corporate America's greed to the point where you would deliberately cheat the American consumer in this time of depression. We will Never buy Whirlpool anything or from Best Buy Again. Companies like you are apart of the reason America is in trouble.
