Brien's Appliance. Deceptive advertising, poor quality, poor customer service Grandview Missouri

On the front of their website, it says they offer in-home service as an option. That is false, as it is written on their receipt "We will only service items brought to the shop by purchaser at purchaser's expense. Service is by appointment only during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday.
The washer that I had them deliver to, and install in my apartment had poor water pressure when it was installed. Obviously, they did not check or care that what they delivered to me was faulty. When I called and complained that it was delivered to me in that condition, and that I would like them to come to my home to repair it, the man refused, and insisted that I bring it to be repaired at their shop at my own expense.
The representative I talked to suggested that the problem was with my own plumbing, or the hoses connected to the washer. I had my plumbing checked, and I checked the hoses myself. There is good pressure coming from the hoses. The problem is definately inside the washer, and was there from the first time we turned it on.
