On about January 12, 2000, a Circuit City repair person responded to our request for repair of a drawer in our Whirlpool 25 cubic foot side-by-side refridgerator/freezer. As of 3-25-2000 it is still not repaired. Numerous phone calls to both the national repair center and the local store have not been successful. Their excuse is that the part is on order. I think 10 weeks is too long to wait.
