I placed and paid for an order with this company on July 4, 2010. The order was for a Cal Flame / Cal Spas Outdoor Kitchen 4-Burner G4 Grill (Product ID BBQ08G04) and a Fire Magic Outdoor Single Access Door (Product ID 33920-SL). I never received this order and was re-promised delivery dates on this order on at least 5 different occasions during the months of August and September. These delivery and re-promise dates were made by ‘Ms. Lisa’, whom I was lead to believe was the leader of your Customer Service Area. The order was never received.
In late September, I instructed ‘Ms. Lisa’ in the Customer Service Area to refund my money. She told me that the owner would not allow this and assured me the company was in the process of shipping the order the next week. I never received shipment of the product.
I have tried many times over the last two months to call and talk to folks at DirectToHomeAppliances.com. The only people that will answer the phones are from the Sales department; they kindly take my information and assure me someone from Customer Service will call me back. They also informed me that ‘Ms. Lisa’ no longer works for the company and that I need to now speak with ‘Ms. Angela’. I was provided ‘Ms. Angela’s’ direct phone number. I have left over 5 messages for ‘Ms. Angela’ and additional messages at the generic customer service voice mail box. No one has ever called me back. No one from the Customer Service area will answer the phone.
