EZ VACUUM - United Vacuum Promises Not Kept Internet

I am very disappointed in this company. I ordered a light bulb for my vacuum and my credit card was promptly charged. Three weeks in and several phone calls later, the guy says he can't get the light bulb (though he had already told me 2-3 times that it was about to be shipped to me). I call him 12/29 and he says he's busy and will call me later. When he calls he says, nobody has the light bulb, do you want me to credit your card. Thanks a lot a$$hole, I would have appreciated it if you wouldn't have charged my card until you knew you had the product to sell me!! Now 3 weeks later, and no light bulb. Do not buy from this company. I am going to make sure my review is seen everywhere on the internets.
