Home Depot ripoff giftcard rebate Rancho Cucamonga California

I bought $3500.00 in appliances at Home Depot in order to get $250.00 in giftcards after the rebate. I turned in all my information and forms exactly as requested.
The website that is listed to handle the rebates says they have not received my application. The number to call does not work. It disconnects you after their generic message.
I called 3 other Home Depot customer services numbers and nobody has helped me. They all give me the run-around and tell me to call other numbers.

I purchased a Toro Lawn Tractor paying $1,300.00 for it and was to get a $100.00 gift card rebate. I mail in all of the forms as requested and was told it will take 3 to 4 weeks to receive gidt card.
Well that was 5/15/06 today is June 30, 2006. I tried calling to talk to someone becouse the number on the form I filled out would ring and then you would get hung up on. I finally did get to talk to a customer NO serivce person in India (THIS IS WHERE THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLS ARE ANSWERED) AFTER HOLDING FOR 47 MINS. To be told someone will call me back.
They never did. I sent an e-mail and got a form responce that they were updating there system and it will be another 6 to 8 weeks for me to receive this $100.00 gift card. I sent a responce back that I sent in all papers as requested well withen the time frame allowed and wanted my gist card. (AS OF TODAY NO RESPONCE).
I wonder if I walked in and said I want this item and I will pay in 3 to 4 weeks and them come back at that time telling them I am trying to balance my check book and it will be another 6 to 8 weeks for me to pay them what they would do?
