I purchase a storm vacuum form IGIA by phone on 11-29-05. Two month pass by and on vacuum. I call them for 3 day in row. The phone line was alway busy but finially got thur. I asked when my order is to be shipped. They explained to me that I was on back order. I asked them to cancel the order. They said ok and that the amount of 201.77 would be reimbursed to my Visa card.

Now 4 months later still no refund. Now I call that same phone number I call to cancel order but know it not a working number.
